They feature a pivoting cloth tweeter and midrange, unlike other adjustable tweeters and midrange systems that use an "eye ball" mounting system; the MTX design utilizes a adjustable speaker plate to reduce refraction. The woofer is formed from glass fiber allowing it to reach 45 Hz.
