The Essentia E6G expansion system expands an Essentia E6G system from six zones out to 12 zones of amplification—40 watts per zone. Philips Class D amplifier technology delivers startlingly clear sound, synonymous with name NuVo while consuming less than 1 watt of power while in standby mode. Six extra stunning control pad interfaces, with OLED display providing full metadata feedback, are included with the E6G expansion system. Coplanar buttons provide a smooth, clean finish with the overall polycarbonate surface, making the entire control pad water-resistant. Built into each control pad is an IR target, providing room-to-room remote control. The NuVoNet interface, same as used by the Grand Concerto, provides full data feedback from any NuVo source unit, a 1U rack size consumes less space than most standard amplifiers.
