Dayton T1003A 10" Subwoofer System Assembled

I bought this sub to replace a low-end dual-8" model. Right out of the box I noticed a big improvement in my home theater. It packs plenty of punch for my mid-sized room and the bass is clean and tight. When buying it I was slightly concerned that the amp might not be powerful enough but those fears were groundless.

The only issue I have with it is that the front cover won't stay on; I think there should be some inserts in the sockets to hold the cover clips that are missing. I should be able to fix this easily, but since I was paying for the assembled model I kind of wish that would have been taken care of. Minor gripe.

All in all, this sub offers great performance for a reasonable price (my definition of a good value). I would definitely buy it again!

I have this sub in addition to the 15" Titanic. The 15" is in my living room surround system and this one is in my bedroom 2 channel. It is utterly perfect just like its big brother. Tight, musical and dramatic. I'm amazed how wonderful these subs sound and how easily they integrate into any system. I don't believe I would own any other brand of sub. Bravo to Parts Express!
