Dayton VR60S Sliding Audiophile Grade Volume Control 60W

This is a great speaker control - I had read in many previous posts how deep it is - and they are correct. I always recommend using open backed boxes for speaker wire where you can (in MN you can use these on any interior walls) and this won't be a problem at all. Because I put one of these on an outside wall I did get the opportunity to put it in a closed back single gang box as well and it fit just fine - just had to reduce how much extra wire I left - and it was a tight fit. Overall I prefer this over the circular dial volume as it clicks into place at the various volume levels. It came with all of the faceplats, slides, etc in all the colors as well for you to choose which one to match your other switches/outlets. Great product!

Nice volume control! Like the slide switch that "clicks" on the volume levels. Works great! Good quality.
