Dayton ES80W 8" 2-Way In-Wall Speaker Pair

I installed these speakers as high fronts for a 7.1 system. I originally had a 5.1 system and I will say that the 7.1 made all the difference in the world. I can hear every little detail when listening to blu-ray movies. I will say that if you're on the fence about going to the 7.1 setup, just do it as it makes a world of difference.
As for the speakers, I don't hear a huge difference between these and the 6in round in-ceiling Daytons that I originally had for my front. I'm sure there is some difference but I can't tell. I probably would have bought the 6 inch Daytons again as they are half the price.

I installed a pair of these yesterday in my basement, and they are really nice for the money. They are hooked up to my Onkyo receiver and receiving probably about 50-65w. Installation was a breeze, especially if you don't have to remove/move any studs in the wall. Really nice balance, and impressive bass once you get them installed.
