Two Neodymium magnets create a "sandwich" type magnet system which provides symmetric electromagnetic properties of the motor structure, reducing distortion. This dome midrange is a great improvement over the stock dome in the restoration of this speaker system. Reproduction is clear and well defined. It is a surprisingly good driver regardless of price.

Nice fabric dome. Not cosmetically gorgeous, but robust, easy to work with, warm neutral sound. Not quite as detailed as the RS, but easier to cross over.
