Morel MDT 12 1-1/8" Neodymium Tweeter

This tweeter is average. Its best feature is its power handling. Currently crossing it at 5khz with no issues. I wish the driver housing was metal instead of plastic, and that it would ship in something other than a cheap plastic snap together case. With that said, I would still buy it again.

the zero's birth date was 12May1992.I always thought the tweeter was their weakest link. I like a more pronounced tweeter such as the titanium Legacy in their 1998 Studios. Morel filled the bill with these jewels. simple drop in exchange...everything hooks up nicely. you will have to furnish your own gaskets though. try a nearfield listening session...speakers 4 feet apart and you 6 feet away...takes the room pretty much out of the loop. have fun

These are great sounding tweeters for the money. However, the terminals can be a bit fragile. I installed these to replace the tweeters in the sail panels of my Toyota Camry.
