SOLD OUT!! JVC 4" Full Range Driver

For $10 I replaced the 4 junk OEM speakers in my car. They seem to be well built and should last if they are not pushed beyond their limits. They need 15 watts RMS so the sound depends on how much power you have for them and where they are mounted. Mine distort at higher volumes with the 1992 factory headunit. They sound better than factory, but not very much bass. These are ideal for home audio builds, but are so cheap I figured I couldn't go wrong even in a car. On another topic: The wire connections are so close to the speaker that they are difficult to wire up after installation if your mounting plate is thicker than 10mm.

I bought four of these to replace the midranges and tweeters in my old home boxes. Each box had two mids, two tweets and one 12. Now each box has two of these and one new 12"-dayton dc300. I am very impressed with the response. Blows my old setup away. Actually have to equalize down the highs to suit my taste. All while only pushing about 50 watts to each box.

I bought 4 of these. Used one to replace the substandard driver in an outboard speaker used with a shortwave receiver. Much better sound now. These are perfect for upgrading small portable equipment like radios, communications equipment and the like.
