BOSS BASS1200 Low Profile Amplified 10" Subwoofer

An exceptional addition to my JVC head unit that I bought so I could play my iPod in my pickup. The lowest frequency of bass boost for the JVC unit was 60Hz, certainly not as low as I would have liked it. The BASS1200 filled in that low end gap. The only feature that I found lacking was the ability to adjust the frequency for the bass boost. It is fixed at 40Hz. Overall I am very pleased with the unit.

can not get a bigger bang for the buck

My wire bought this for my XMAS gift for my 82 camaro witch had no bass the rear speaker mount to
the sides pioneer 6x9 just a little bass, so I was look for some kind of sub bass set up. Man I hook it and now my car sound sweet just the right amount of bass for my system. If your not looking
for that boom boom bass witch most young guys have in there cars then this is not for you but if your looking for the right amount add on bass the way music should sound - I would buy this item. 5 stars all the way, I install it right behind the rear seat witch the rear seat is always pull down flat, and added parts express amp install kit item # 265-035 nice kit for the money and some disconnects for the wiring I take the bass1200 out of the car when I'm not driving it. "O" I bought a computer case bag that's padded to keep it in.
