These go over the existing holes of the speaker. Careful not to tighten to much the does and will bend. Then the grill of course goes over that. Nice design.

I purchased these grills for the Left and Right powered 10" subwoofers in my home theater system. The grills fit perfectly and give the speakers a nice "finished" look.
