good product. For less than 75 cents you can beat it. fits nice thick wire. Been using them for a few years now never had a problem

I dont like the spring type wire terminals on any speaker wire. I bought these in the hopes of modifying them for regular posts since they were the only ones that would fit the cutout in the back of my speakers. The 1" thick mdf is too much for me to enlarge to the next size with better binding posts on them. I suppose they would work on an inexpensive speaker.
