Dayton XO3W-700/5.6K 3-Way Crossover 700/5,600 Hz

Novice here. Used this Xover with woofer = Dayton 8-ohm shielded Rs180, midrange = Dayton dome Sr52, and tweeter = BG ribbon Neo3Pdr. Added an 8-ohm "L-pad" resistor to the Sr52 and a 4-ohm "L-pad" resistor to the Neo3Pdr. (By the way, in Xover3pro, the phasing did not look bad to me. It did appear that a filter would be nice to attenuate the Sr52's resonance at 450 Hz .)Bottom line: this pair of 3-ways is up and running with very little sautering, finger-burning, and swearing, and they sound nice to, again, this novice.

Still, for a premade crossover, it's entirely effective. It does what it has to, and doesn't mess up. I picked very tame drivers, so I have no idea how it would work with a wild impedence in the driver, but I don't like that kind of designs, anyhow.

I have these hooked up to a Dayton reference dome midrange, morel mdt-20 tweeter, and 15" jbl woofer. They sound great, and easily handle the 300W of advertised power.
