Sherwood's BDP-5003 Blu-ray player unleashes the potential of home theaters with support for sublime high definition 720p, 1080i, and 1080p video (24 or 60 Hz) and lossless high definition Dolby® TrueHD and Dolby® Digital Plus audio (compatible home theater receiver required), all transmitted over HDMI v1.3. Still building your Blu-ray movie library? Even DVDs benefit from the BDP-5003s ability to upconvert them to 720p, 1080i, and 1080p via HDMI. When the movies over, the show's not over. An extended 4-20,000 Hz frequency response serves standard and compressed audio CDs well, as does an ultra-low 0.003% THD standard and a signal-to-noise ratio of 110 dB. Component video output is limited to 480p. HDMI cable not included.
