The VSX-919AH-K home theater receiver features seven channels of true 120 watt power delivered via Pioneer's exclusive Pioneer Hybrid II Amplifier Technology (PHAT). Leading-edge audio formats such as DTS®-HD and Dolby® TrueHD, found on Blu-ray movies, are decoded by the built-in Freescale dual core 400 MIPS processing DSP. Analog to HDMI video upconversion and advanced MCACC room calibration, with 9-band EQ and included microphone, makes any A/V signal input look and sound its absolute best. A new HDMI Precision Quartz Lock System (PQLS) eliminates jitter for Pioneer Blu-ray disc player music playback.
