Pyle Pro's PTA2 combines the usefulness of a small, take-anywhere amplifier with a full featured mixer. Three stereo line-level inputs and a 1/4" microphone input are provided for source connection and mixing. A pager switch provides source attenuation for microphone priority. Stereo recording is made possible by the built-in line-level outputs. Balance, tone, speaker volume, microphone volume, power, and source selection controls are front-mounted for quick adjustment. The amplifier section features four ohm stability for use with a wide range of speakers, wideband frequency response, and up to 40 watts of peak power per channel. Specifications: • Power output: 2 x 8 watts (1 kHz, 4 ohms @ 1% THD), 2 x 10 watts (1 kHz, 4 ohms @ 10% THD), 2 x 40 watts peak • Frequency response: 20-20,000 Hz (±3 dB) • Treble control: ±10 dB, 10 kHz center frequency • Bass control: ±10 dB, 100 Hz center frequency • Three stereo RCA inputs • Power requirement: 120/230 VAC • Dimensions: 2.75" H x 7.48" W x 5.40" D.

Small amp but feels substantial and well made. Must be a big transformer in there. Cable tension doesn't drag it around the desk like I though. Using with ipod and sounds great. Had it running LOUD for an hour and it hardly gets warm at all.
