Chauvet LED-PAR83 LEDsplash Jr. LED Wash Light

Lights work O.K. Not the brightest things in the world, but worked for my intended purposes. Adjusting knobs are the world's cheapest piece of plastic I have ever seen. One was broken off and laying in the plastic bag when removed from it's box. Another one broke off when lightly touched. A little surprised at the extremely slow response from Parts Express on this problem. I have called them at least two times about replacement knobs and nothing. Received a call telling me how knobs were to be shipped but I never received them. This has been going on for nearly 30 days after the order. Very dissappointing on Parts Express customer service on this particular problem.
