Sennheiser HD 555 Full-Size Circumaural Headphones

After several years they are still going strong. My pair has seen lots of use and abuse and some minor repairs by me, but they are just too comfortable and still sound too dang good to get rid of them.

You can wear them for hours, they hit the lower notes really nice (which makes them really nice for Rock or Rap music), and they are awesome for video games and movies to.

They would have gotten 5 starts from me, but when a wire in the bridge broke about a month ago (after about 4 years) that required some pretty evasive surgery to get sound in both ears again, i was just not able to do it.

If you want awesome full range sound with zero to low distortion even at near painful levels, then gives these bad boys a try.

These headphones are pretty good for the money. The bass is suprisingly "natural" sounding. Midrange sounds good. More on the warm side. Upper mids to high frequencies are not the best. You can definitely hear a hole in the response above 6 or 7 kHz, but other than that these are great for casual listening. The best thing about them is that they are very comfortable!
