Unexpected intermittent isssue.

Yhe original unit seemed to have an issue locking in. About 30 mjnutes jnto use the unit appeared to go into oscillation and became unusable.

A call to your tech support desk and their quick reaction of sending aa replacement in an expedient manner was very satisfying. They deserve special commendation for their customer service skills.

They are kinda fuzzy sounding and it not easy to tune in a good sound. Okay for tunes and watching tv but not for the recording i like to do.

Excellent sound quality. I am using it for television so I don't blast out my wife with the sound. Tech support was helpful in setting up with rest of TV equipment tied in (speakers, VCR, radio). Surprised at the weight of head set (8 ounces) which is a little uncomfortable. Not being tethered with a cord makes it worth while.
