With the glass base, and light silver color, these disappear in your room. The glass bases are considerably larger than they appear in the picture, but it makes the stands nice and stable. Using them for surround speaker stands, I wish they could be a bit taller as they are right about the level of a couch back.

they are worth the money the only thing I did not like about them is that I have wood floors an two of the legs on the stand were very sharp it would be good for carpert but not for wood it would scratch your floors

nice looking, enough space inside for hiding wires. one caveat: it holds the speaker at an upwards-facing angle, so be sure this is what you want.
