Winegard's HD-1080 evolutionary 2-bay bowtie HDTV antenna design is based upon years of experience in the antenna design field. The result: outstanding off-air performance in a small, easy-to-install package. The HD-1080 offers two to three times more gain on VHF high band (channels 7-13) than competing outdoor bow tie antennas, which provides better performance and more range for current and upcoming DTV channels. Includes 300 ohm to 75 ohm adapter. Dimensions: 18-1/4" H x 42-3/4" W x 6" D.

Nice Directional HD Antenna and a Great Value

This is a very good performing directional HD TV antenna. I actually connected two of these units using a splitter to merge the two antennas' cables to the tv. Being directional this antenna is good for people in rural areas that need to point their antenna toward their closest big city. I pointed my two antennas at the nearest two cities and can receive about 20 digital channels. This antenna is well made and easy to set up.

Good setup for the money

I bought the wineguard 1080 dtv antenna and 182-560 - Electroline EDA 2100 1-port RF/CATV Amplifier
. I replaced my RCA $50 square plate indoor antenna with this setup. I am now receving about 12 more DTV over the air channels with this. I live just south east of Toledo Ohio. I now pick up Bowling Green and Detroit stations with this antenna/amp setup. worth the money!
