Shadow Mounts from Dayton Audio place the focus on your flat panel television or monitor—not the mount. By using an inconspicuous flat black finish, the mount virtually disappears behind the display. Heavy-duty, extruded aluminum construction provides you with peace of mind knowing your HDTV investment is held securely in place for years to come. Articulating arms free up valuable desk space occupied by stand mounted TVs or monitors. Home, office, or commercial applications benefit from the ability to pull the 13"-30" HDTV into the proper viewing position when in use, and pushing it back to a stored position when finished. The LCDART features a total of 180° pan, 180° of swivel, 24° of tilt, and can extend the TV or monitor up to 10" from the wall. Standard VESA mounting sizes of 50, 75, and 100 are supported. Lag bolts, concrete anchors, Phillips head mounting screws (M4, M5, M6 and M8), safety bolts, and easy-to-follow instructions are included. High quality mount depending on your application

This is a very sturdy mount and the only negative I have to say is the fact that the arm is about a foot long. So if you want your TV closer to the mounting surface than a foot get a differnet mount. Otherwise it has great utility in that the arm will give you 180 degrees of rotation about your mounting point.
