This mount is very easy to install. Remember, you must have two studs atleast 16" apart to install this. You can't beat the price.

Don't get me wrong. This mount is an excellent value and does the job nicely. I'm disappointed that its just a few inches too short to be able to mount to 3 studs. As a previous poster pointed out, studs are typically 16" apart. It just so happenes that I have a stud exactly in the center of my wall, but if I centered the mount it wouldn't reach the studs on either side. I ended up having to off center the mount a little bit to reach one of the other studs. Couldn't you guys have made this thing just a few inches longer??

When faced with a situation where the brackets will not span two studs, we recommend using the included lag bolts in conjunction with TOGGLER wall anchors (see our part number 080-319). TOGGLER anchors have a weight rating of over 265 lbs. in 1/2" drywall.
