Dayton SHDMI-2M Signature HDMI Cable 2m (6.6 ft.)

The price seemed very good when I bought this cable, however problems with an intermittent connection made setting up my surround sound system very challenging and time consuming. I believe the problem is with the weight of the cable and the lack of a good fit of the connectors. The connectors fit fairly loosely into the HDMI recepticles on my TV and amplifier.

These cables are definitely beefy. Judging from the research I've done, you don't really need all the extra features if you only need 6 feet of cable or less-it's all digital, so you don't need shielding-but for this price you can't beat it. Only cons about this cable are the weight and stiffness. If the cable isn't supported on a TV stand or secured to your TV, it just may damage the jack over time. Other than that, this is a great cable. Nice 5 year warranty, too.

I looked for nice HDMI cables at a couple of box stores and they had a few different types but for 30% more for the cheep ones. i have bought from PartsExpress before and liked the quality, selection, price, and service. This purchase was no different. These cables are thick and high quality. I didnt give 5 stars because these are my first HDMI cables and can not confirm that they are better or worse then the expensive ones offered at big box stores. With that being said, i am happy with the Dayton cables and the picture is as perfect as my TV can display.
