Channel Plus 3025 Video Distribution System

For two channels it's great.

Was after a simple solution to use for a
distribution hub for cable/ant video feeds.

Set-up is simple and works very well. Having
several long runs with some insertion losses
this product delivers an excellent signal
to all the deep drops.

Two additional video sources can be inserted
into the signal as well with equally good
quality of picture and sound.

This deployment required changing the default
protocol to view the inserted channels (program the desired channel then program "98" to shift
protocol. (Antenna not Cable)

Otherwise all big smiles.

-Of course this is an analog system.

Injected channels require an analog tuner
to view them and with the use of an OTA DTV
tuner some issues arose. If the tuner was
turned ON the channels inserted did not
pass thru. (Zenith converter) but they do
if the tuner is powered off...

One could also simply insert the DTV
tuner as an additional channel!

Point being an analog tuner is required
on your set to view inserted channels.

This same package delivering 2 channel digital
insertion decoded by dtv tuners would garner
5+++ stars. [Hint Hint Channel Plus!]

It's dated tech but works very Very well.

Great for delivering DTV or any other [R/L/C]
video source to the old analog sets in the home.

I've remoted my FTA satellite receiver and other equipment in the server rack in my home office. This wonder box lets my wife surf the satellite as well as enjoy movies with only the set in her study. So nice to hide the clutter. The remote works flawlessly, and I plan to put the second system in the guest room. It was a gamble, and I won big time!
