DISCONTINUED Dayton FAM-1 Frequency Agile Modulator 1 Channe

I purchased four of these units. Unfortunately, one was defective. The audio output did not work. That is a 25% defective rate using my little purchase as a micro economic efficiency study. Other than that, I had no problems. Hang on to your instructions, as it is rather methodic to switch between the different frequency bands.

This product is just as advertised.....with no coax out of my new DirecTV HR-22 box, I needed to modulate the composite video out to a standard coax connection to run other TV's in my basement......this little box did the trick and you can select the channel if there is interference on another. Not sure why all the other reviewers had trouble changing the channel selection, as it worked for me just as described in the instructions. This is agreat product and thanks to Parts Express, an even better price.

Great unit for the price!!! Setup to the correct channel configuration is strange (power off/power on while holing in certain buttons) but once set up the unit works great!!! Keep the directions handy for future use however!!!
