They lock, but tough to ground.

I've soldered intricate PCB work previously and when soldering the ground connection I find it extremely difficult to get a great grab. I had to sand off the plating in order to get a decent connection.
These work great if you never need to disconnect your equipment, as for me my phono preamp failed and the ground connection failed when I removed these plugs.
I won't be buying them again.

same as WTB but at a fraction of cost, easir to instal, and really grab jack, it is a shame that only, a few cents discount, in quantites. and not choice of more economical shipment ie.: fedex economy or USPS.
