This cap comes with very long stranded leads. Only the very ends are tinned, so if you cut it to fit a circuit board, you'll need to flux and tin the ends... Also, because they're stranded instead of solid core, you might have trouble getting them through the hole of a PCB. Also, the color code of the lead insulation is not documented anywhere it seems.
