audio bassics from omaha
i was looking for a small driver for a-pillar pod duties in a 2005 YUKON... this driver was perfect... very smooth response and extended so no tweet was needed in my application...also very reasonable and stylish

Good for the money Thursday, August 13, 2009
Marco S. from Houston, TX
This driver is a competent full range driver and should fill most rolls (within reason)quite admirably. However it does not have the ability to resolve high frequency detail in the way some, somewhat more expensive, drivers can (FF85K for example).

Excellent fullrange performance Monday, August 10, 2009
Captainobvious from USA
I installed these drivers into a pair of 0.75 liter sealed test enclosures and placed them on the dash of my car aimed on axis for listening. They were crossed at HPF 315hz -18db and run open on the top end.
These are very well put together and look fantastic. Some great features for this price including the neo magnet, machined aluminum phase plug, and a terrific bamboo/paper cone. Good overall sensitivity.
These sound extremely detailed and natural with plenty of extension into the upper frequencies without any harshness or sibilance. They have that great "paper cone sound", smooth and slightly rounded without sounding edgy or overly bright.
Highly recommended for mid/full range duites. These would make a fun project for a small array as well.
