These are Great Caps...

I used these capacitors in an audiophile pre-amp I am building up. I used them for coupling caps in the circuit. I choose these because of the 1% tolerance. That helps keep the right, and left channels more uniform. The build quality is very good as well. Good heavy leads to solder to. Keep em' in stock P.E. and I'll keep buying them...

These are made for precision audio applictions, I believe. However, initial tests indicated that they will work well to block the 50 or so volts DC coming in from the phone line, while allowing the bell AC to pass (requires .47 uF at 250 V).
