Behringer TU300 Chromatic Guitar / Bass Tuner Pedal

Very similar to the $99 boss pedal. A 3rd the price and plastic instead of metal. You decide

It definitely does what it says, it's a tuner pedal; and it works just fine for that specific task - but don't toss it around too much, it's made of cheap plastic and not metal which was a big dissapointment; and the battery compartment is a little tricky to open (you need to use two ball point pens or similar pointed objects pressing in on both sides to open the battery compartment) but otherwise it's great for a beginner or anyone on a limited budget. I currently own many other products from Behringer, some are absolutely great, others not so much; I would have to say this product gets a very marginal thumbs up; next time I need a pedal tuner, I think that I will save up a little bit more cash and get either a Boss or Korg pedal tuner, at least those are made in tough metal housings!

As a regular player, playing on the weekends, I needed a tuner that I wouldn't have to take time to hook up to, just to tune. I just hit the button and tune without noise interfearance, and I'm back in the game! This fit the bill. I bought 2 and gave one to my other Guitar player.
Make sure to unplug when not in use....
