Wired Home WHIRH IR Hub

I have a Dish ViP622 DVR in the bedroom. When I relocated the DVR into the closet, I needed a means to extend the IR remote. Parts Express to the rescue. I selected the WHIRH hub with a WHIR2005 low-profile target and a WH2IRME dual emitter. I had a 300ma 12vdc power supply in my junk box. I used about 25 of unshielded CAT5 to extend the target and every things works great. I am very pleased with the quality and I don t regret this purchase. By the way, free shipping and I order on Monday and I get it on Wednesday. Now that s how to please customers.

I bought this to replace a wireless IR extender and to add multiple locations so that I could control some video equipment. I had some troubles at first and worked with Tech Support who were very helpful. Otherwise it is easy to setup. I would diffidently would buy this product again.
