This Wired Home IR kit includes all of the components you need to relocate four A/V components' IR targets (wire not included). Featured within the kit is Wired Home's WH-IR3500 1/2" diameter tube target that nearly disappears from sight, for use near a flat panel HDTV or on the outside of a component cabinet. The Wired Home WH-IRH IR hub and WH-PS power supply are included, and allow for future system expansion with power and signal routing for up to 14 additional targets. Four WH-1IRME emitters with self-adhesive and 10 ft. of cord round out the package.

Very poor instructions! Here's what to do - the outside wire goes to ground, the center goes to voltage and the white goes to the IR.

Only thing it didnt have in instructions was wiring of pickup target, but it was added to the pdf instructions on PE site, so no problem. Good company to deal with !
