Worked right out of the box on XP Pro. I've only tried it with Memory Sticks, but so far so good. The USB hub makes it convenient to leave plugged in all the time.

it works well, as a card reader and USB hub.
I really like that it has both a card reader and USB, very convenient.
Also, to note: it does not read SDHC, I didn't think it did, but just to clarify for those who were wondering.
