Great 2 Saturday, November 7, 2009
Parts Express Customer from Seattle
Great performance for the price. I prefer a softer sound and this hits the spot.
I had the same problem as another person in that the voice coil leads were contacting the faceplate but a stripped Q-tip fixed that.
Overall, very satisfied

Dayton Mid range speaker Thursday, December 18, 2008
jg-1010-sa from Dyer,In.
Replacement/s for my old bookshelf speaker cabinet system.I didn't want to spend a lot of money and this speaker matched the old speakers frequency range and ohms. Installation was easy and the sound is very good !

I have had a pair of these for about a year and they are very effective and they open up the sound.I am using these with the Dayton 3 way 100 watt crossovers and they are loud so I'll turn the mid frequencey down about 3 decibles on the graphic equalizer so they will not over run the tweeters, maybe I should try a Lpad with my set up.I have played alot of loud music through my speakers with a vintage Harmon Kardon and a Denon PM770 amp ,and they have not failed to deliver. The only thing I do not like about these is the way the wire terminals are mounted.
