I have used these to attach many speaker grills. For Veneered cabinets I bury the speaker side magnets into the MDF, then veneer over it so with grille removed, there is no evidence. Have also done similar with separate top mounted tweeters to keep them from getting bumped off the top of the speakers.

I actually bought these magnets for a use other than listed but they work really great. their really pretty strong little buggers. Overall you can not beat the price for what you get. great buy.
