Very smooth and easy to listen to for long periods. Very clear. I purchased a pair as a replacement upgrade for a set of Mitsubishi 12" three way speakers. I would get more of these for any home theater project. They are smallish on the outside flange, so you may have to make an adapter plate as I did. If you're making a new project, you won't go wrong with these.

Just bought one to test it out. Very satisfied with the performance, puts out great treble sound, and transmits very little static. I am going to buy 4 more for my 5.1 system.
