Put these into a 30 yr. old set of JVC boohshelf 2-ways. They had already had 2 Radio Shack 6 1/2's in them......but these totally opened up the sound, especially good with a higher wattage amp. They are combined with a Dayton sub, and I'll tell you no satellites in this price range sounds so good. Lots of warm mids...very surprising.
