Grill was bent in upon arrival, but I am using it behind a screen, so it doesn't matter to me.
Used the following items together to create very nice 3-way Center Channel for home theater.
(2) 295-308 6-1/2 4 Ohm woofers
(1) 260-230 3-way Crossover 8 Ohm
(1) 297-408 HiVi Fabric Dome Tweeter
(1) 005-3 Mills 3 Ohm Resistor
(1) 280-105 Goldwood 5 Midrange
3 Ohm resistor is used in series with tweeter to net 8 Ohms. Woofers are in series to net 8 Ohms too. Woofers are enclosed and ported to specs found in parts-express catalog tables listing.
Very pleased. Would purchase this configuration again!

i also used thesse to replace some old fisher 5 inch mids from a fisher ST-830. i had no problems with the 6 i ordered and their being a problem with the grills being smashed
