Built a set of lower price satellite customs for kicks using a HiVi M6N 6" midbass and this tweeter crossed at 3000hz. After about a good 20 hours of listening time, these tweeters really came to life. Very warm for this price point, so much so, I banished the Klipsches to the basement, and my 140 dollar home made speakers with these tweeters are now in my primary listening setup. There are better tweeters, but not many at this price.
