Very Good for the Money Friday, February 13, 2009
Shanehimself from Arizona
These speakers plugged into my big screen TV and I could tell a difference instantly! My wife even noticed! :) I feel they are a great bang for the buck.

flat full range for $20 Friday, September 19, 2008
Justin - Acoustic Tech from Mesa, AZ
I purchased 20 of these speakers to build a system to recreate a directional sound field in an anechoic chamber. They have a very flat in box (1 liter) response from 100hz to 8khz. THD is a bit high and is excessive (>15%) when driven over 8-10 watts RMS. This product suites our needs in the laboratory but I would not use it for music without a sub, tweeters and cross over. Fit and finish looked good and consistent for all 20 units.

A bit of enthusiasm Tuesday, August 12, 2008
Daniel from Kansas
My previous review might have been over-enthusiastic, but there's a great reason for it--These speakers allow a higher than usual crossover point (and that's awesome). That gives a much easier job with the crossover. I like it teamed up with the Pioneer 3/4" cloth dome tweet (and an L-pad or fixed divider). These drivers get very good sound to fit into a small space. The vocals are sweet and there's generous bass for its size.
It doesn't beat my NEW reference speakers, which are very huge 3-way (also have high cross point). But, the little Tang Band works great in my portable, and in the office. Its overkill for computer speakers--knock the pens off the desk. LOL! Great stuff. Really nice for wall-mount home theatre speakers too.
