7 sticks from Seattle, WA

use a 3/8" round over router bit and these corners are perfect, made a 1 x15" bass cab,
and a 1 x 12" guitar cab both with black carpet
covering, they look totaly professional built.
didn't care for the little inside corner angle
tough to get it tight in the carpet, probably really nice with vinyl(tolex) though, still
very nice corners.
