The IR-100 is the heart of the Infrared Control system. Able to drive up to 15 IR-250 repeaters and 4 IR-EL flashers, any number of IR100s can be paralleled if more flashers or repeaters are required. Powered is provided by either a 9V, 500mA adapter or 12VDC, 1.2A for large, complex IR systems (both sold separately). A visible confirmation LED that flashes when a signal is present, and the unit measures only: 3-1/8" x 1-3/4".

Don't forget the ground wire!

I ran this off a 50' CAT 6e cable. The system received a tun of noise until I connected a ground wire from this unit... if a ground wire is needed, give me a grounded plug option!

otherwise the product was great... worked perfectly once grounded.
