Parts Express 1/4" Stereo Male to 2 RCA Female Y Adapter Plug
How can I test this plug to find out which side is the right channel (Red) & which is the left channel (White or Black) ? I need to find this out before I can use this product on my audio equipment & I would like to use it soon as possible.
The easiest would be to use an ohm meter. The most common convention is the Tip is the Left positive and the Ring is the right positive. The sleeve is the ground for both. An ohm meter will tell you which has continuity with each connection.

Does the 090-314 configuration come with a mono 1/4"
I'm sorry, we do not currently carry one of these in a mono 1/4

I have an RCA cable that I can use in the headphone jack of my laptop, but my amp doesn't have RCA input. Can this be used in the line-in on the amp?
Yes IF your amp has both:1) A single 1/4" phono input.2) the input is "stereo" ( two black lines on the 1/4"side).If your amp has TWO 1/4" inputs then most likely they are both "mono", and this adapter would not work. Also, please be aware that a laptop headphone output may not be enough to fully drive an amplifier. You may have to turn the volume almost all the way up, which will give you a LOT of noise, and poor quality sound. But this depends on the type of amp you are working with.

need just the opposite of this
I am running 4-peavey speakers which are 1/4" male jacks. Amp has rca style plugs. I need to go from Male rca to Y female 1/4" adapters. Do you have these? Thanks.
I don't think it can be done in one adaptor unless you want to make your own.All you need is a pair of the 1/4" female to male rca per rca Y cable and your done.
