NextGen ATH-433 RF Remote Control Extender 433.92 MHz

The NextGen ATH-433 All-Around-the-House remote extender is unlike anything else on the market. It allows you to control all your equipment from anywhere in you home, up to 100 feet*, using your current remote. Unlike other bulky remote extenders that attach to the front of a remote, or IR to RF base stations, this one fits in the battery compartment. Small and unobtrusive, you will never know it's there. It doesn't matter where you are in your home; in the living room with the equipment, in the master bedroom, or outside, you have total control. Installation could not be easier, simply remove one of the batteries from your remote and replace it with the RF transmitter and 1.5V mini battery, hook up the receiver base, attach the IR blaster and you are done. You now have a remote that does both IR and RF for a fraction of the cost of other RF systems.

System includes: RF transmitter, (2) mini AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries, AA adapter sleeve, RF base station with an integrated charging station and IR blaster. Two RF kits, with different frequencies, are required for two separate remote controls to be used at two different component locations without interference.

*RF range will very depending upon the layout and construction of your home. Note: The RF signals sent from the transmitter will not directly control SAT receivers or other A/V equipment which receive RF signals. The RF transmitter operates on a different frequency, 433.9MHz, and will only "talk" to the RF base station.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works from long distances in a shopWorks well, and with 2 rechargeable batteries, one is always charged and ready in the base when it's needed. Just there is something in the shop around the same frequency that turns up the volume or shuts the power off the the stereo, and don't know what's causing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from long range and easy to useUsing this to save money on cable bill. I take the digital box and use rf output to send main feed thru distribution panel. Bought remotes from company and use these rf units to replace 1 battery. Works thru walls. Have 11 tvs and only need 1 digital box from cable co.Can change channel anywhere in house, garage even Fla room. Note if multiple users all same channel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best problem solver ever! This is my 2nd unit. The first is a different frequency. These units enabled me to use 1 cable box for 3 rooms saving me a bundle ! Separate remotes in each room loaded with separate sale transmitters of the same frequency that are available here, worked out well for over 5 years . The latest one I purchased lets me use my "infrared " remote on the patio to control my Receiver in the house 60ft, away in broad daylight !I have had no problem with these devices what so ever. Highly recommended !

NextGen ATH-433 RF Remote Control Extender 433.92 MHz

I have a TWC cable box & Remote, a Pioneer Receiver in a cabinet. I keep the door opened to use the remote. With this product I will only have to put your receiver in the cabinet and the battery transmitter in my remote and this will control all my TVs

Asked by: Jjmigs

Hi! How do i choose the right frequency for my application, 433 or the 418? It will be used to operate a stereo system in my workplace, 60 x100 ft with an open, 80% unrestricted line of sight with the receiver. There are garage door openers in the shop.

Asked by: kevin69
You will have to check the operating frequency of any other wireless devices and choose the frequency that will not interfere.

Will this device still operate a TV via infrared , while still controlling the other equipment via the RF if the other components are in a cabinet?

Asked by: Jimbronski
The IR of the original remote will still continue to operate while the RF transmitter will control the extender unit. The appropriate device must be selected on the remote.
