from Takes care of a problemUsing this with a schools multi media cart that use to always have problems with the network cable and the little plastic tab breaking off and cable falling out of the wall jacks.

from It took me a while to find Neutrix, this is just what I neededIt was worth the Hunt for the RIGHT connector. Which also lead me to Parts Express. A double dose of good fortune, outstanding product AND On-Line Retailer.I have said this in every one of my review's of the Neutrik products I ordered... because their parts deserve it. In my 50+ years designing VERY unique projects.. this connector series is the first to truly impress me.I needed a secure Cat-6 connector for connecting my RC Ground Support Unit to it's home base computers to download / upload data, videos, etc. I wanted something that was not going to get the clip torn off of (ahh.. yes, happens to us all with the Cat-5/6 types) AND to have the cable NOT be able to plug into any "rouge" computer in the area. This fits the bill exactly. Now, with the rest of the Neutrix products.. the assembly is pretty much straight forward, and their design is to be put together ONCE. B U T In this connector you really HAVE to follow the directions.. there are a lot of things going on in it. All well designed for sure.. but not totally obvious. I did a dry run #carefull not to LOCK the connector together) last night late.. today I'll do the real thing having learned what to expect. Pre-Molded on connectors inside this plug May or May Not work depending on the design of the hood. Be prepaired to crimp JUST a plug to the cable end that goes into it. In my case I already have a pre-made cable I want to use because of its color and flexability.. so for me.. it's snip and crimp time LOL .
