So Should i use 5ohms for my 1khz crossover point instead of 8ohms? Since 8ohms inst until 3khz? Erse online crossover calculators ask for low pass impedance, so if i want a 1k low pass i should use 5ohms instead of the nominal 8ohms of the driver right?

Most crossover modeling programs will use the DCR of the driver instead of the nominal impedance. This would provide more accurate crossover values for the driver if you have no way of modeling with the full driver impedance file.

Sorry for not clarifying, I have the Morel CAM558 Soft Dome Mids (you guys offered for a limited time)crossed at 1khz and Ill be using the Morel CAT308 Soft Dome Tweeters at 4khz for a 3way system. All 2nd order slopes, Any foreseen problems? Thanks!!!!!!
There should be no issues with those crossover points using those drivers.

Would this woofer be okay crossed at 1k with a morel dome? 2nd order crossover, i just worried about reaching excursion limits to early.
We really don't have any dome tweeters that will handle a second order crossover at 1k unfortunately. The crossover point has no effect on cone excursion.

Would a passive radiator work well with this driver? And why? Thanks!
This would not be a good choice for use with a passive radiator. Passive radiators are designed to be used with drivers that require very small vented boxes, usually with a Qts of 0.3 or lower.The vented box recommendation for this woofer is over 5 cubic feet, so using a passive is simply not practical. This woofer really works best in a larger sealed enclosure.
