This switch is normally open meaning it does not make a connection until you press it.

Can I have a better description of the dimensions than just the shaft(I don't even know what that is)? I have a 75mm tall, 18mm wide, 35mm deep hole box that I want to put it in with the shaft sticking out of the hole..

Is this a "silent" switch? Does it have a mechanical click when actuated, or is there no noise?
This is a silent switch and has no noise when actuated.

Is this a SPST switch?
This is a single pole switch, but momentary, not maintained.This switch is normally open. It closes for as long as you keep it pressed, but opens again as soon as you release.
