JSC Wire 14 AWG Red/Black Zip Power Speaker Wire 1 ft. USA
what is the difference between this 14 awg "zip cord" and the wired home 14 awg (SKRL-14) "hi-fi" speaker wire? This one is about twice the cost. I believe the copper content is about the same (99.99% ish)....Isolation perhaps?
The main differences in these cables with be the jackets and the strand count/gauge of each individual strand. The hi-fi type cable will have a higher strand count and be more flexible, but I highly doubt there will be any audible difference between the two.
