Jasper Circle Jig Model 240
Jasper Circle Jig Model 240 is rated 4.6667 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid & Finely MachinedJust got it today and have not used it yet but, for those out there wondering what it's made of exactly it looks like 1/4" Plexiglas with a vinyl backing for all the notations and gray color that you see. I work with sheet plastics of all varieties on a regular basis and I can tell you this jig is quite rigid being made of 1/4" plexi however I would say that if you hit it with some decent force it could break though not exactly fragile either. Overall not to bad, price could be cheaper but keep in mind how many holes they put in it, plus a decent amount of labor as well. Made in the U.S. not China mind you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Performance! Truly #1I've been in the cabinet making business for over 28 years, and I've seen great tools in my time, but this jig is the best that has hit the market for ease of use and outstanding performance

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent toolI've cut about a dozen holes with it so far and it works very well. I read that some people thought that the locating pin was too tight - I had this "issue" as well. In my case the locating hole I drilled for the pin wasn't perpendicular to my workpiece. Make sure the hole is perpendicular and the jig will slide on and off the locating pin just fine. The only complaint I have is that $50+ for a plastic jig is a little steep, other than that no complaints!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jasper Circle Jig system works Great!I have a Freud 2000E and it bolted right to the jig. I had to cut a 3-3/4" hole in plexiglass and was worried it might be too small for the jig to work well. It was nice to use such a well crafted tool. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome productThis tool makes life so much easier. Set up is easy and works like a charm. Love that it goes all the way down to one inch. I am a 12 volt installer and build boxes and other custom pieces on a regular basis. I decided to purchase this piece after using a co-workers but the smallest size hole his would cut was 7in. I use every chance I get.
