Jantzen Audio 0.80mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor Crossover Coil
Jantzen Audio 0.80mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor Crossover Coil is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Compact, well made, high DCRI've only now started listening to my upgraded Focal speakers with Jantzen coils (and other brands of caps) and I love what they have done to the midrange clarity and details. On the negative, I purchased 6 coils in total, 4 air core, 2 foil and they were all significantly over spec in DCR. I can't measure inductance so I'll have to pray that's right, but for the air core I'd say about 20% higher than spec and for the foil about 40% higher. It's fine if you can compensate for this, otherwise consider buying about 2 gauges higher than you think you need to get the right DCR. That is, if you were going to buy 20 gauge based on DCR buy 16 instead. It looks like PE is getting rid of foil inductors though, so this may no longer matter to you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My standard coilsI use these in all my projects and they do the job every time !order the next size- up ( like you always should ) & you can't go wrong !18 GAUGE FOR WOOFERS & HIGHER POWER .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sounds greatThe only problem with this product is having to wrap the inductor with mylar tape. The speaker project I completed sounds great! I used speakers I had hooked-up before with an off the shelf crossover and packed away in disgust when the sound was terrible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well MadeJantzen products are all well made. Onley thing I wish was that their label was a little better. Sometimes they come off with the protective wrapping that is put on.
